These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Quickzfind ("we", "our", or "us") services. By accessing our website, you:

• Agree to comply with Sri Lankan laws and regulations

2. Sri Lankan Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by Sri Lankan law. Any disputes shall:

1. First be resolved through negotiation
2. If unresolved, proceed to mediation in Chilaw
3. Finally be settled in Chilaw courts

Proceedings will be conducted in English. Sinhala and Tamil translations available upon request.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Violate any Sri Lankan laws (including the Computer Crimes Act No. 24 of 2007)
• Upload harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.)
• Use our services for illegal activities
• Circumvent any security measures

4. Intellectual Property

All content is protected under Sri Lankan copyright law (Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003). You may:

• View and print content for personal use
• Share links to our content

Prohibited without written permission:

• Commercial redistribution
• Modification of content
• Removal of copyright notices

5. Limitation of Liability

Under Sri Lankan law, our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages up to LKR 10,000
